Guidelines to submit your work

EATIS 2008 conference invites short and full papers as well as proposals for tutorials and seminars. Official languages for the conference will be English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Short and full papers will be presented in English. Tutorials and Seminars will be presented in all official languages.

Papers wrote in Poruguese and Spanish must have abstract and title in English. And also maintain the orginal title and abstract in Portuguese or Spanish.

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Critical parameters will include originality, significance, relevance, technical soundness, and language clarity. Each full paper submission will be reviewed by at least three Program Committee members, guided by a senior (or advocate) member.
 
Proposals and papers must be formatted according to the author guidelines set down by ACM. The ACM SIG Proceedings Templates are available at official ACM Proceedings Format for Word, Word Perfect and LaTeX2e. Submissions files should be in PDF or MS Word formats.

Short papers must not exceed 4 pages and full papers must not exceed 8 pages. Tutorials and seminars proposals should be restricted to 3 pages. All short papers accepted will be presented as poster in a Poster Session. Poster dimensions are 120cm (height) x 84cm (width).
