EATIS.org offers 10 Invited Papers (free registration, Gala dinner is not included) for first authors residing in economically developing countries (see list of countries).

Selection of the Invited Papers will done according to the score order obtained in the submission process.

All accepted papers will be published in CD-ROM and proceedings with ISBN.

Authors of best papers will be invited to submit extended papers, which will be further peer-reviewed for potential inclusion in special issues of international journals Journal of Mobile Multimedia (JMM), International Journal of Pervasive Computing and Communications (IJPCC), Revista Colombiana de Computación (RCC), International Journal of Web Information Systems (IJWIS), Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research (JTAER), and IEEE Latin America Transactions.
